When the difficult decision of sending your child or family member to a therapeutic boarding school, wilderness programs or other designated treatment facility desgnated by the parent, how they will physically get there is often a concern.  It is common for the relationship to have broken down to a point where the child is not willing to honor the wishes of the parents. The child isn’t likely to just smile and hop into the back of the family sedan. In fact, they often threaten to run away or even hurt themselves or others.
